In order to have an event package to send to planners, we will finalize a list of offered locations(ruins, garden, beach etc.) and the logistics around decorating the space ourselves to offer a full event package.

  • determine list of locations

  • design/decoration of locations

  • bill of materials needed for decoration

  • decoration storage or reuse plan for off-event times in the hotel
